The
TÜV Certification Body of TÜV Management Service GmbH certifies
in accordance with TÜV CERT procedures that LaMOT
has established and applies a quality system for Design and Manufacture
of Rupture Discs, Rupture Disc Holders and Accessories. |
|
The
ASME Code, Section VIII, Division 1, became effective on July 1, 1998.
With this updated code, it is required that the rupture disc device
have the 
Code Symbol Stamp, a certified flow resistance factor, and the minimum
net flow area stamped on the rupture disc tag. |

The Pressure
Equipment Directive (PED)
is intended to assure that applicable pressure
equipment meets the "essential safety requirements"
established by the European Union.

Rupture disc devices are compliant with the applicable
ATEX essential safety requirements based on an ignition risk assessment
for NON-ELECTRICAL equipment performed per EN 13463 part 1 and Notified
Body review and retention of the product technical file. |
